1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the application ("the App") provided by Wartraf sp. z o.o. ("Wartraf", "we", "us", or "our"), registered at Straganarska 20-21/35, Gdansk, 80-837, Poland (NIP: 5833620802). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of the App
The App is a TikTok developer application built exclusively for internal use by the Wartraf team. It provides tools for budget viewing and management of companies within our enterprise. The App is not intended for public or consumer use.
3. Access and Authorization
Access to the App is restricted to authorized team members of Wartraf. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to unauthorized individuals. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time without prior notice if these Terms are violated.
4. Internal Use Only
The App and all data within it are intended solely for internal business operations of Wartraf. You may not use the App or any data obtained through it for personal purposes, external commercial activities, or any purpose unrelated to your role within the organization.
5. Data Confidentiality
All financial, organizational, and operational data accessible through the App is confidential. You agree not to copy, distribute, disclose, or otherwise make available any data from the App to any third party. Data collected and processed through the App is not shared with any external parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including all code, design, content, and features, is the exclusive property of Wartraf sp. z o.o. No rights or licenses are granted to you other than the limited right to use the App in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and internal company policies. You shall not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure;
- Introduce malicious software or interfere with the App's operation;
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality;
- Use the App to process, store, or transmit data in violation of applicable data protection laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wartraf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gdansk, Poland.
